Yes, we can accommodate all medication needs including specialty medications. Depending on the temperature requirements, Pillway will ship using our Cryopaks to ensure optimal temperatures are maintained during the transit time.

Our team uses Cryopaks which can maintain temperatures between 2-8 degrees Celsius for up to 72 hours. These items are shipped Monday to Wednesday only – to account for possible delays in transit. They are also shipped with higher priority than regular deliveries due to the sensitive nature of the medication.

Yes, we can set up automatic deliveries as well as patient-initiated orders to be delivered directly to infusion clinics. Our team would ensure that these are delivered 1-2 days prior to the patient requiring them. To do this, we would require consent from the patient and the infusion clinic coordinator or nurse.

Yes, you can list your workplace as your delivery address. Please note that all deliveries require signature, so you or a designated person must be available for signature at the time of delivery. Please also review with your employer to check whether this is acceptable as some employers do not wish to assume the liability.

Pillway offers same day delivery in the GTA and Lower Mainland areas and 1-2 days for the rest of Canada. This applies to 95% of the addresses within Canada. However, if you live in an isolated or remote area that is not accessible year round by ground transportation, delivery may take longer and could incur a charge.
