Do you coordinate with insurance and manage refills?
Yes, we are very proactive in helping you manage medications, from synchronizing your medications, coordinating with insurance, reaching out to your doctor for refills. We take care of it all for you.
What if I need to speak to a pharmacist?
Our pharmacy care team is on call for questions and consultations. You can either call, text or chat whenever you need us.
Does Pillway accept Provincial Drug Insurance Plans?
Yes, Pillway currently offers direct billing with provincial drug insurance plans in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia and will arrange for direct billing on your behalf, even if you are in the US.
We will soon be offering direct billing with provincial drug insurance plans in other provinces as well.
Can I get my Canadian prescription filled outside Canada or Shipped to the US?
At this time, Pillway only delivers prescription medication within Canada. Prescriptions issued by a Canadian physician cannot be filled in the United States.
Shipping to the U.S. service is only available for ongoing/maintenance medications and not for acute/one-time medications. Shipping costs and duties/customs fees may apply. Any duties/customs fees levied are done so by the customs agents and are outside of the control of Pillway. To ensure timely delivery, patients are responsible for all customs/duties fees.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery of prescription medication is always FREE in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia.
In all other provinces, delivery of prescription medication is FREE for Maintenance (i.e. Ongoing) medications, but not for Acute (i.e. One-Time) medications. Ask the pharmacist care team for delivery cost for Acute medication. There are standard dispensing fees of $9.99 that apply for prescription medication.
What other services do you provide?

Are there additional fees to your services?
No. There is no additional cost for our services.
